Description

Designed by the world-class Fred Nicole, the Torque LV climbing shoe is built on a hand-shaped, downturned last to deliver exceptional precision for modern climbing. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor bouldering, as well as steep sport climbing, the Torque LV excels on large volumes, overhangs, and technical terrain.

The shoe features a durable, unlined vegan microsuede upper, providing long-lasting comfort with minimal stretch. An elastic integrated tongue and rear pull tab ensure a snug, easy entry, while the precisely shaped toe box supports accurate foot placements on small edges and volumes alike.

Underfoot, the Torque LV strikes the perfect balance between stability and sensitivity. The split outsole with Vibram® XS Grip rubber offers outstanding friction and durability, while remaining thin enough to maintain high levels of ground feel. A fishhook-shaped midsole, constructed from proprietary pressed fiberboard, enhances power transfer without sacrificing responsiveness.

The single-strap Velcro closure system is uniquely adjustable, allowing climbers to fine-tune tension from the ankle and mid-foot through to the base of the forefoot—ideal for adapting fit and performance to different climbing styles and foot shapes.

Generous toe and heel rubber coverage supports aggressive toe hooks and secure heel hooks. The heel rubber extends to the top of the shoe, with a carefully engineered width that balances rigidity for powerful heel hooking with just enough flex for sensitivity and control.
